TAX SERVICE PLAN

Plan Overview With a timely reservation deposit, the fixed investment for our tax service is $645 ($695 less a $50 reservation discount). As always, dependent returns, electronic filing and miscellaneous phone consultations are FREE. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you are entitled to a full refund.
Participation In order to maintain the highest quality of tax preparation, there is a limit to the number of returns that we can prepare by April 15th. If you desire to participate in our tax service plan, then please remit your reservation deposit of $150. Participants will be accepted on a “first deposit received…first spot guaranteed” basis. There is a $50 discount for returning your reservation by February 12th.
Services Included
  • Preparation of your 2008 federal and state income tax returns.
  • Unlimited phone consultations regarding your 2008 taxes or 2009 planning. (no additional charge)
  • One estimated recalculation of your withholding or estimated tax during the year. (no additional charge)
  • Answering of any regular agency correspondence (not audit related) related to your 2008 return. (no additional charge)
  • Electronic Filing with optional direct deposit (no additional charge)
  • Dependent tax returns (no additional charge)
Services Excluded
  • No work requiring extra charges will be done without your prior approval.
  • Sorting and totaling large volumes of receipts or compiling unorganized records may require an additional charge.
  • On a case by case basis, any other service not specifically listed under “services included” may be subject to an additional charge.
  • Audit or examination representation is specifically excluded.
Appointments & Drop offs Typically, many of our individual tax clients bring their information by our office without an appointment. However, you are welcome to call and request an appointment. For convenience, you may also use our after-hours drop box (located on the west side of the building), mail or email to get your information to our office.
